For North American projects, we confirm the full product specification before sampling, including tile composition, jokers and blanks, Arabic numerals and English markings, tile dimensions, rack compatibility, accessories, and packaging configuration.
This is especially important because American Mahjong products are not interchangeable with standard Chinese or Japanese Mahjong sets. We build the production specification around the intended U.S. retail, club, gifting, or private-label use case before mass production begins.
The right material depends on your target customer, retail positioning, design style, and price point.
Acrylic is often selected for premium, colorful, or transparent designs. Melamine offers a more traditional solid feel and is suitable for durable everyday collections. Resin allows greater decorative flexibility for highly customized or artistic designs.
